Working at The Agency meant translating the real estate market's most complex data into something clients could actually hold in their hands. From quarterly and annual impact reports to new business pitch books, this was editorial and data-driven design at its most consequential, where clarity and presentation directly influenced whether we won the room.

As the lead designer on these projects, I owned the process end to end. I worked closely with the project manager to gather market data, performance figures, and strategic narratives, then transformed that raw information into cohesive, print-ready books that were as comfortable on a boardroom table as they were on a shelf. Every layout decision was in service of one goal: making complex numbers and industry insights immediately legible and visually compelling to a high-expectation audience.
